Keeping vigil through the night —

Beautiful silence

 

 

NB: Purnima means full moon in Bengali

    OJ da…I am not sure what it is that you do well…taking photos or writing Haikus. They are both awesome!

      Thank you k2s. The idea came naturally to my mind after Sankari drew my attention to the Buddha Purnima moon shining through our bedroom window. I sent the haiku to boloji.com and they put it up with an “Editor’s Choice” tag, much to my delight. The editor added a photograph as well. It was nice, but I thought I should have my own photo as well. So I waited till next evening and took the photo you saw from my front balcony. Before you decide about the quality of my pic, perhaps you should look at the boloji photo as well. They did a good job too I think.
